Plot : Tom (Ackles) returns to his hometown on the tenth anniversary of the Valentine’s night massacre that claimed the lives of 22 people. Trivia : The film was shot in Pennsylvania, because it allowed the production crew to take advantage of the state’s tax incentives for filmmaking.

Goofs : Continuity: After Tom is discovered lying in the rubble he kills the miner with a pickaxe through the eye, we see the pickaxe come through the mask breaking the glass. However at the end when Tom sneaks out of the mine wearing the mask of the miner it is intact with no broken eyepiece.
